Abstract

This study examines the role of theater and music in additional education, emphasizing their impact on cognitive, emotional, and social development. Employing a qualitative research methodology, the study draws on content analysis, literature review, and comparative educational analysis of existing scholarly works, including cultural and pedagogical studies. Primary insights are also derived from reflective academic contributions, which explore cultural transmission through performativity and artistic practices. The findings reveal that theater enhances imagination, memory retention, collaboration, and confidence through experiential learning, while music facilitates emotional engagement, long-term memory, linguistic development, and cultural continuity. The study concludes that integrating theater and music into additional education significantly enriches learning outcomes and supports holistic human development.
